The Energy Field Nutritional System
The matter field nutritional approach that we currently use measures everything in food. It can tell us that foods have so many carbohydrates, so many fats, so much protein, the calories are measured, the vitamins are determined, antioxidants are counted, the mineral content is calculated, and then it is said that we know all there is we need to know about the food that we are eating. But the problem with this matter field model of nutrition is that it cannot tell you how foods interact with YOUR physiology. All it can do is tell you a lot about the foods that you eat but not about the EFFECTS of the food on you.
There is more to longevity and weight loss than caloric intake and portion size. From an energy field perspective. it is the qualities we call tastes in foods, not the quantity of the calories, that leads to weight gain amongst other nutritional factors. For example, how could a matter field nutritionist conceive on the basis of calories, that fruits bearing the sour taste would provoke Kapha to gain weight? Or how could we make the connection between bananas and hyperacidity syndrome on the basis of banana's molecular constituency. We have been led to believe a lie to think measurement will solve our health issues around nutrition. But this is our current way of viewing foods.
Presently there is a lot of information as how to be healthy nutritionally. We use food pyramids developed by the matter field nutritional system to define nutritional health and provide guidelines. Sometimes this information is intuitively correct but other times from an energetic nutritional point of view, it is completely wrong advice. The nutritional refrains "I eat healthy," "I eat only organic," or "I eat only raw food" have no real meaning today because the matter field system of nutrition from which we base such statements of conviction is incomplete because it does not take into account the effects on us. The energy sciences give us nutritional guidelines as to what we need to do to be nutritionally healthy. Lifestyle choices particularly around nutrition are premised on nutritional tools that help us develop the skill of being healthy. Health is not something we hope for. Health is a skill that we work and become better at.
